Laurel Bank Villas offers three lifestyle designs. Please refer to the Site Plan for location within the development.


Type A - 197 m2

A three bedroom villa with the kitchen servicing the Palapa, living and dining areas. This villa utilises a light court to provide natural lighting to the kitchen and separate study.
